Ingredients:
2 packs of Hakka Noodles
Little Oil
3 Eggs
Little Turmeric Powder
Little Pepper Powder
1 Sliced Onion
2 Slit Green Chillies
10-12 Chopped Garlic
2 Carrots julienne
1 Capsicum julienne
Little Red Chilly Sauce
Green Chilly Sauce
Soya Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Red Chilly Flakes
Oregano
Salt as per taste
Method of Cooking:
1. Once the water starts boiling, add Salt as required & Switch off the gas & add the Hakka Noodles & close the lid & let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Then drain the Hakka Noodles and set aside.
3. Heat a vessel & add little oil & add 3 Eggs with little salt, turmeric powder & pepper powder & prepare the egg scramble & set aside.
4. In the same vessel add little oil & chopped Garlic, then add slit Green Chillies, sliced Onions & veggies & saute for few seconds.
5. Then add a dash of Red Chilly Sauce, Green Chilly Sauce & Soya Sauce & a pinch of salt & stir fry for few seconds.
6. Then add the cooked Noodles & give a quick stir.
7. Then add a dash of Tomato Sauce, little Red Chilly Flakes & Oregano & give a quick stir.
8. Then add the scrambled eggs & close the lid & let it cook for few minutes.
Your Yummy & Tasty Egg & Veggies Hakka Noodles is ready.
